We had a fantastic time at this beachfront hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and town center. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities for both adults and kids, keeping us entertained all day. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended for families with kids looking for a relaxing vacation.

We had an amazing time at Mitsis Faliraki Beach Hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The facilities were first class, including the three swimming pools and private beach. The evening entertainment and activities for the children were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

Incredibly nice breakfast offered in the restaurant, and the staff was WELCOMING. Our room was immaculate, impeccable and equipped with the kids to entertain themselves. The location was great, at a short distance from Faliraki Beach.

Located in the heart of Faliraki, Mitsis Faliraki offers amazingly comfortable rooms with cozy beds. the stunning location adds to the experience, making it a great place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return in the future.

This hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive experience, fulfilling all our needs. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are spacious, offering plenty of room for relaxation. the beach access is easy and convenient , providing a stunning view of the sea. the live entertainment and massage services were exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the beauty treatments. the restaurant was exquisite, offering a wide range of delicious meals and drinks, perfect for romantic dinners. the private facilities, such as the treatment rooms and sun terrace, were truly exclusive and provided a relaxing, boutique atmosphere.

The only minor issue was the limited selection of special diet menus, which were not enough to cater to all our dietary requirements. the staff were helpful and accommodating, providing customized options to suit our needs.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to lots of water sports activities on the beach. the hotel staff, particularly Stergos in Guest Relations and George the sous maitre, were extremely helpful and friendly. the bar staff, including Nikkos and Gkrekou, went above and beyond to make our birthday celebrations special. the hotel is conveniently located close to the Faliraki town center. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, offering something for everyone.

The tennis court could be improved, as it is made of concrete and may not provide the best playing experience.

Limited entertainment options and the spa was underwhelming. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy and the Wi-Fi was slow at times.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, situated right on a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters and just a short walk to the centre of town, where plenty of attractions can be found. the rooms are kept very clean with well, stocked minibars, free WiFi, and large flat, screen TVs. Guests can choose from a wide variety of restaurants with great food quality, including tasty vegetarian options. the children's club is well, run, and the animation team provides plenty of entertainment and activities throughout the day.

Some guests complained about minor housekeeping issues, including a lack of beach towels in their rooms and a room not being serviced on time.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was excellent as it was situated right on a beautiful sandy beach and in walking distance to the city center's main attractions. The hotel facilities were great, boasting two adult pools, one baby pool with water slides, and plenty of sunbathing chairs with umbrellas and shade. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially George, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The Greek restaurant had an impressive variation of food which was beyond delicious.

The location of the hotel is great, being close to the beach and just a short walk away from the town center. the town itself certainly looks run down and not the party town it maybe once was. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a nice view over the mountains from some of the higher floors. the breakfast spread offers a good variety of options, including fresh fruits and vegetables.

The service at the hotel seems to be lacking in some areas, with staff appearing busy and overwhelmed.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were beautifully designed and maintained. The tasteful decor created a welcoming and elegant atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious corridors and easily accessible facilities that catered to our needs. It was reassuring to see ramps and handrails in place, ensuring a safe and convenient experience for all senior guests.

I would have appreciated a designated area or activities tailored specifically for senior guests. While the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, it would have been lovely to have a more personalized touch for us, the older visitors.
